Do you think journaling isn’t for you? Too hard? Too scary? Unsafe, even? Journaling to Heal will answer those questions and others you may have. Journaling is inexpensive and readily available for self-awareness, problem solving, goal setting, and much more. This two-hour workshop will help you on your life journey by using journaling techniques, whether you have never opened a journal or have boxes of organized journal notebooks. We will have techniques, plus time for writing and sharing—only as much as you wish. Please bring a photo or image that means something to you.
Notebooks will be provided to the first 35 people who register. You are also welcome to bring your own.
