Meeting Rooms
The Urbandale Public Library welcomes public use of its meeting rooms. Please review the Meeting Room Use Policy prior to reserving a meeting room.
Confirm Meeting Room Eligibility:
- Meetings must be civic, cultural, educational, or public informational in nature. No social events are allowed and all meetings held at the library must be free of charge. No admission, collection, or donation may be taken.
- For-profit businesses may use the rooms during the business day to meet with employees (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
- For-profit organizations will be charged for the use of the meeting rooms at a rate of $25 per hour.
Study Rooms
Study rooms of various sizes are available for individuals and small groups of up to 6 people. A study room may be reserved 30 days in advance. Walk-in use is subject to availability. An individual or group may use a study room for a maximum of 4 hours per day. Please review the Study Room Use Policy prior to reserving a study room.
DIY Studio Stations
The DIY Studio has equipment and software to laminate, digitize tapes, and create other digital projects. The DIY Studio may be reserved 30 days in advance and may be used for a maximum of 4 hours per day, per individual. Walk-in use and additional time are subject to availability. Please review the DIY Studio Guidelines prior to reserving a DIY Studio Station.
