Event Details
The Anatomy Ambassadors are visiting the library, and they’re bringing real human organs that you can see up close. Some can even be touched! The Ambassadors are medical students from Des Moines University who will answer your questions and teach you about the cool things that our organs can do! You will move through several stations in small groups, learning more about parts of the body like the brain, heart, lungs, and bones at each station.
This program is aimed at ages 8 -12 but anyone is welcome. Registration is highly preferred as it will help our guest presenters plan.
