Adult DIY: SoulCollage

 SoulCollage® is a fun, beautiful, intuitive art process that leads to deeper insights about our personal being.  Through simple cut-and-paste art we are able to access feelings, aspects of our personality, understanding of relationships, and our own deep inner life that may be difficult to express or understand using words.  When experienced in a group, SoulCollage® is filled with synchronicities that bring to light our individual uniqueness as well as our deep connection to others, and our many similarities and shared experiences on this journey of being human.

Offered in a safe, non-judgmental space, SoulCollage® can bring us to greater self-awareness in an enjoyable and usually surprising way.  Over time, it’s easy to develop our own intuitive wisdom deck of cards that can bring us support, encouragement, and reminders of who we truly are. 

Deb Richards is a spiritual director, writer, and trained SoulCollage® Facilitator, who has been leading workshops and retreats in SoulCollage® for the past ten years. 

*Participants are welcome to stay for the duration of the class but can leave once they have completed a card and participated in the brief journaling and insight-sharing session.
