Event Details

Vision To Learn's mobile vision clinic is partnering with the Urbandale Public Library this summer to provide FREE eye exams and prescription glasses for kids in grades K-12! 

  • No insurance needed
  • Available to all students grades K-12 (ages 5-18)
  • Guardian will need to accompany children ages 5-17 for their appointment and sign a consent form 
  • NO WALK-INS - Must pre-register for a 30-minute appointment (Appointment times available between 9:00 AM-3:30 PM)
